Payment policy
Simple, fair payments.
No hidden fees, no surprises. Here's how and when you pay for each of our services.

Project payments

Prefer smaller payments? Split any project over $1,000 into three equal payments, at no extra cost: one to book your start date, one when you approve the design, and one before launch. It will be written in your quote.

How to pay
We accept bank transfer and PayID. Payment details are on every invoice. Please use your invoice number as the reference so we can match your payment.
Due dates
Invoices are due within 14 days unless your invoice says otherwise. Deposits must be paid before your start date to keep your booking.
Late payments
- We'll send a friendly reminder if a payment is overdue.
- If an invoice is more than 7 days overdue, we may pause work until it's paid.
- We don't launch websites or hand over final files until the project is paid in full.
- If a care plan payment is more than 30 days overdue, we may pause the plan.
If you're having trouble paying, talk to us early. We're always happy to work something out.
Prices and GST
All prices are in Australian dollars. If TOI Studio is registered for GST, prices include GST and your tax invoice will show it.
Third party costs
Domain names, hosting, email, paid plugins, booking systems and stock images are paid directly by you to the provider, unless your quote says otherwise.
Refunds and cancellations
- Cancel more than 7 days before your start date: full refund of your deposit.
- Cancel after work has started: the deposit covers work completed. If the work completed is worth more, we'll invoice the difference at $60 an hour.
- Glow Up Review: full refund if you cancel before we start the review.
- Care plans: cancel with 30 days notice. No refunds for months already started.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
