It started with "can you help with our socials?"
A five-star, nurse-led skin clinic with a website that was quietly losing bookings. The ask was social media help. What was needed was a website that actually books clients.

01 · The project
Glow Skin & Spa
Glow Skin & Spa is a much-loved Baldivis skin clinic and day spa with a 5.0 Google rating from 294 reviews. Its new owner, a Registered Nurse, had taken over the clinic. Marketing was the one thing she didn't have time for.
02 · The brief
Help with social content, and tidy up a few things on the website. A full review told a bigger story: social posts send people to the website, and the website was where bookings were being lost.
What was getting in the way
- Logo almost invisible on a pale header
- “See treatments” buttons leading to page-not-found
- 38 spelling and grammar errors across the site
- An empty shop page, no SEO and a confusing booking path
- Cosmetic services needing Ahpra and TGA-compliant wording
- Paying monthly for a platform that wasn't performing
